The organizers of the Festival

• Northern Arctic Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Higher School of Information Technologies and Automated Systems

• Expenses for the preparation and organization of the Festival events are covered by the organizers. External companies can be involved in financing of the Festival's events and their presentation in mass media. Travel expenses of non-resident participants of the Festival are covered by the sending organizations.
